The client is an IT human capital management and IT services company, connecting Western European companies in need of IT specialists willing to work on-site or near shore with skillful human resources from Romania. The client is addressing mostly small and medium enterprises activating in a wide range of industries that need IT personnel for developing software in-house or other relates services.

NNC’s main challenge was to increase our client’s talent pool and raise its level of employer brand awareness. In just 2 months of activity, the LinkedIn Group reached 1000 members and 9 IT and Business Romanian publications announced that our client launched a new service dedicated to IT seniors.
